I see that you have an old post from about.com the UFO/Alien site. I have since been able to learn that I have been abducted since about four years old. I did not even start to learn about this until I was 65 years old. Some was recalled with out hypnotic regression and more details were recalled by hypnosis. I am quite certain the regression gave me the truth. Both the hypnotist and I suggested that I see clearly and see the truth.

As far as methods of preventing abductions, I read that using a fan in your room at night would prevent abductions. For many years I had done this before realizing that I had been abducted and I have no memory of any abductions at night during this time. What good is this? Not much they simply waited until I was out someplace or fishing in a boat. Will not believing in them stop them? No, I did not believe in them until later in life, but was abducted most of it. They don't want to be believed in or for people to remember the abductions.

I started to learn about the abductions in 1999 during several fishing trips. I was looking at a map each time and then suddenly (apparently) found myself somewhere else on the lakes. I later was able to learn that there was considerable missing time in each of these cases. More telling is that I had a GPS running and the ground path was recorded. In one case on Carlyle Lake in Illinois the GPS trail recorded my boat flying over a railroad embankment and back, then there is a gap. When I saw this on a computer map I remembered the position change.

Hello! Much of what is said on this site certainly puts my experiances in the jinn way of thinking.Does anyone know of anybody who has had such frightning experiances followed up with black helicopters flying very low over their home?
I have to go to bed every night now with the light on. My last effort to leave the light off led to a floating episode and woke up with blood clots up my nose and a strong taste of iron (from the blood). Also seen a tall blond hair creature, this was at night from the back of a car, no night time bedroom stuff there. Anyway thanks for the resistance techniques. They do work. Going to bed with shades on does help sleeping with the lights on!

I just stumbled on this sight, from doing research on the Koran, and it's references to jinn's. It's amazing what you are discussing on this sight. From an early childhood, I had problems sleeping, I would wake up and not be able to move, yet hear everything around me including my parents in the living room. I would scream for help and no one would answer since they couldn't hear me. I naturally focused my thought to try and move my finger then roll my body off the bed to shock me awake. Then with a gasp... I would sit up and become released. At first this was very scary but eventually I got used to it, and started experimenting by not panicking but try to get up and walk... I did, and seen myself in bed. I would be naked and walked out of my room and right past my parents without them seeing me, this was amazing to me. Soon I learned to fly out of my window instead. I'd travel to distant places and follow the coast to my state and city and finally my home again. I would pass people on the streets, hear what others would say etc. On one trip I became very afraid when I seen a dirty angry man who actually seen me!
That in alone was scary since no one would ever see me! I raced home with him in heated pursuit and jumped back in my body and immediately awoke! It was over and I was safe. I had questioned my pastor about such a situation and he felt it was not wise to leave your body since it leaves the body vulnerable when your soul is not there and an evil spirit can possess your body and who knows, maybe I wouldn't be able to return! This ended my wonderful travels, but opened up another door for me. I seem to be very sensitive to foresight and danger and death as well, I can see between. I consider myself a "in-between" (a person living between two worlds or realms). There has always been a protecting hand over me guarding me from harm, my mom says it's all her prays and it may be, but that's not all. I have encountered many life threatening situations only to come out unharmed. My health is a miracle in itself, I never get sick! never had any childhood diseases, even though I was exposed over and over again to chicken pox, measles, hepatitis and even aids. Nothing.... my doctors say I have a funky immune system.
However, I do get ailments occasionally.... weird ones like Boils and scabs, I keep the doctor on his toes! Anyway, things you discuss on this sight seem to mimic a lot of things I do naturally, like the urge to spread kosher salt around my house when I feel threatened! I thought I was crazy to think of such a thing but I see you've discussed that too! I use meditation, candles, tibetan monk chants, incenses and prays. I had a vision once that was confusing to me so I asked one of my aunt's if she ever heard of earthquakes in NYC, she said no, but she thinks they can happen, well I said that must be it since I had a vision.... something like an earthquake in NYC. I seen people screaming and running from a chasing thick smoke and the collapse of two large building. Well when 9-11 came, I knew what I saw just 3 months prior! I was very mad that my vision wasn't enough to alert anyone, this is my main problem, I don't always get all the details.
It's funny, I read that some people pray to angels, I don't believe in praying to them but summoning them by name and making them deliver my prayers directly to the feet of God and continually repeating them, over and over till God answers me. I am a mere mortal and tire easily usually falling asleep while praying so by summoning the angels I am assured their persistence will continue endlessly though time or until I receive my answer. Angels are messengers of God so I send them only my most important prayers of guidance to deliver and bammm! The answers are immediate, there is no time and space for God. I do not suggest anyone uses this technique, just pray normal God does hear everyone, but I have a special relationship... remember the "in-between". I feel I have a special task I must accomplish on this earth and my life has just been a preparation ground for me to gain strength, wisdom and fellowship. One day my destiny will be revealed! If you read this far, I hope I didn't bore you, I'm about to turn in or turn out!
I believe some of these entities are evil, dark at least. If anyone would like me to investigate and rid them from your life, I will try my best. No charge, just get me there! I am gifted.

It is late.
I don't know quite how I got onto this site..
I have dealt with my "abductors" years ago, yet.. something in me wanted to read supposed theories on alien abduction, which led me here...

I am only surprised to have found this site as, oddly enough, nearly all of what I have read regarding the astral body or higher self*or whatever you want it to be called* and techniques in using it, I have already implemented out off of my own accord.
Most of these techniques however, I have near mastered without even realizing what was going on. Everything I have read here today not only makes sense, but all that could be applied to myself, has rung true to what I have read here.
It is extremely late here, I have appointments in the morning yet I am compelled to research and now that I have read all I have seen here, to type this, for whatever reason.
*so please forgive whatever bad grammar or spelling I may use as I type this as fast as I possibly can as to not lose my train of thought, and I do tend to be descriptive*

I will start out by saying who I have always felt that I am.
I am energy amplified, power as I feel it, ignorant enlightenment.
What the hell is that supposed to mean you're thinking??

I'll get into it...

As a child, I have known there was something about me.
I would tell my parents of how the man in gold keeps the dark ones out while I sleep.
I would speak of the curious owl which was at my window trying to get me to give him something. I had also spoke of a shy one, who only wants to talk to me, though he does not speak, and he is small and he is weak and needs my help.

These are all things I said to my mother while at the end of my crib stages, I could speak from a very young age and it would seem that the first things I was compelled to speak of, were these presences, I somehow knew, only I could encounter.
*I don't think I need to elaborate too much on the things I have seen as I'm sure you all have figured out what they are, except for the small one whom, I will get to*

I have always though, spoke and acted as if I had a power inside me I could use.

As a child, for an example, at the age of 4 years old, I had witnessed an adult being nasty to another and commanding this person around.
This person would be considered tall and relatively strong if I were to asses him now, but I stood up to him and said "you will never do these things again!" and with that I hit this man. I not only knocked the wind out of him, I had knocked him onto the floor, grasping his stomach, to everyone's amazement.
I then told him that he would never be able to get by me because I "have the power, and will punch you over".
My memories of this event are simply, me seeing this event, calmly, but in a domineering manner walking up to him and making my power go to my arm, surround it and then I hit him. The words were told to me by the witnesses of what I have said.
*I know seems like unrelated babble but this leads somewhere I assure you and any astral abductee will benefit from this.*
So to end on that event, as a child I was channeling my energy, quite obviously, right into physical form, be it the form of physical strength or not.

Now I will continue my description of my life progressing and what was to become of the small shy one, and of course, the other beings I would encounter all under the vase that I was dreaming or somehow imagining things.

The owl...
I do not know what happened to the "owl"
I suspect it may have been one of the ones to return for me, with the others, the abductors, only because, I sensed it was a presence I did not want in my vicinity, I know it was made to leave me alone as a child, I do not know how this was done, I may have asked the small one to make it go away but I suspect that the man in gold had removed him, anyhow to continue..

The small one, who I named spud *I was too young to know that spud was a word for potato, I "just knew that was his name, and he didn't have to tell me"

Spud as I'll call him, assuming he is an astral being *I somehow identified it's gender?* he is... presumably weak in most comparative senses, yet I knew he was strong in others, of course questioning these never came into play..
When I would talk with him, I was always in a state of.. calm but I never recalled hearing much from him, though I know I was answering questions he would ask of me and I would ask him questions.
I do not recall a memory of ever seeing him, though when I picture him it is almost what looks like a trible from old star trek only a very dark purple, with what might be eyes and a mouth, though, not flesh-like, more like something I would imagine *aligning with the astral theory even more*.
My mother would catch me talking to him at night, I would not remember what I had been saying when shed tell me, I'd just respond with "It's spud, he's my friend, he's here to stay with me" or something like that.
I regarded him as nice and harmless..

Now here is why I am still intrigued by him:
He too was frightened of the others.
The owl, he would run behind my bed whenever the Owl showed itself, and when I would just feel that strange presence in the room and pull the blankets over my head, it was always after spud suddenly went behind my bed..

So I am wondering, what sort of being is spud??
Why can't I remember anything more of him?

The last time I remember "talking" to him, now I cant remember what was said or felt or anything, just that I remember feeling a kind shyness from spud, and my mother told me that one day she asked me if spud still stayed with me at night, and I had told her "no mom, spud had to leave" to where I didn't know or why I didn't seem to either...
But after he did..

That's when the "fun stuff" began...

One day I woke up in the morning, about 5 years of age now, and I will NEVER forget this..

I looked at the wall and what did I see?
A black and red square on the wall, now I could still see the wall under it, but the square was there, I was thinking what is that?

Then I saw them, about 20 pairs of eyes and teeth attached to beings moving about behind the square, I then became scared, and that's when they noticed me...
They began to move closer to their end of the square, trying to look at me, and soon I felt were going to try and get me...
I went under the covers, minutes passed, I looked out and it was still there, only now I could suddenly hear them, they sounded like.. venomous mice if that makes any sense, I remember I finally went if I don't do anything, something bad is going to happen, so I ran across my floor, picked up a plastic toy sword, then just imagined it infused with a yellow energy as I threw it in terror at the red square and ran out of the room screaming and shaking.

This event marks the last of what happened in my youth other than the nights feeling I am being watched or someone is in the room etc.

When I was 7, I had told my mother of a dream I don't remember now, though is quite disturbing. I had told my mother that an alien had visited me last night.
That he had smiled and simply said "hello, don't worry I won't come any closer to you yet" *though his mouth almost moved I don't remember hearing him talk in my ears like I heard another person, but I still heard him in a more, hazy sort of tone*
He was wearing a cape like robe thing that ran from his shoulders, I sort of remember blues and purples, his head had white light about it, he was about 5-feet-7-ish I would estimate, white complexion, skinny with a large head.. and yes the black large eyes, though his were different then what I would later see on TV of the "grays" , his eyes showed a happiness, he had expressions, I could tell he was smiling and happy to see me, I didn't know why, I was half scared..
His demeanor was that of a priest almost, that's why I didn't freak out and attack him or anything I suspect...
He told me he is sorry but he can't stay, and I wouldn't see him again, but he is simply here to help me, he then approached me slowly as I lay sleeping, light coming from him. *This was early morning lighting in the room* and he touched a white/blue crystal looking thing to my head which gave off light, and that is all I remember of that.

If you ask me now what he had done, I can only assume he re-awakened or affirmed that energy I had used as a child to knock that man over, as he obviously knew I'd need it...

Well after that, and shortly after, the "dreams" began.

Running from god knows what while it laughed at me as I was half paralyzed in the "dream" running on the top floor of my house away from it, though of course it would catch me around the ankle and I would wake up then...
I'd have dreams like this, weather it be in my back yard, or what, but one thing was always consistent, I always knew they were there and I had to get away, I never saw them, and I knew they were there for just me exclusively...

These were passed off for some time as nightmares, and I thought they were just that...

But they seemed so wrong and odd, I couldn't dismiss them.

In order to stop the ramblings I am going to skip over many details and things happening to me of this nature *such as me being compelled to sleep alone in our forested area in a tent at age 10 for no reason several times* in order to get to the points that will help people.

I will skip to a dream I had, the FINAL time I saw spud.

I don't remember much, just that, someone needed me, someone was captured and needed me to help...
In the dream, I was moving on a hover-board like object, with the "presences" behind me approaching, we moved into a network of tunnels, and I just knew where to go...
Grays, I could see them about, alarmed that I was there, and some were trying to get to me, after making a few turns, I remember thinking "don't worry spud, I'll get you out of here" and I swung by and all I remember is I grabbed his hand. He was not the same as when I was a child, now he was obviously bi-ped, and had arms with hands for me to grasp, I don't remember the texture of his skin, just that he was darkish blue/purple in color and probably looked like what most would describe as a goblin, though I Imagined his face as something not as humanoid though in the dream all I saw of him was his hand and arm, as it was reached out for me, I grabbed it whizzing by, him behind me on his own device but I was pulling him along with my right arm stretched behind my back, focused on getting us to freedom.
I remember at the end it was 2 grays, who did get up to me, them on their own "racer boards". I remember one said, "the longer you do this the angrier we get, you cannot escape" and I remember feeling like the beings generally were disgusted with me, and here is where I first used my power on them as you all most certainly can, I thought to myself, no, you will never hurt spud, and with that, golden energy exploded from me, knocking these aliens away I assume and dramatically increasing our speed, I them felt calm and victorious as I saw the way out as I knew it to be and simply remember saying, don't worry spud, we are here, you are free now, and then I woke up.

What happened here?
I used something inside myself to stop these bastards from getting us.
I didn't try, I just .. did.

Now to skip through a lot more time and experiences, I wish to elaborate so much more, but I must sleep and wish to share my main points before I go.

Abductions and how I end them:

I began being taken away...
I would wake up in strange places surrounded by grays and other aliens who look more or less similar to them, some taller, some with a bronze hue *those I suspected were the females* And I remember being horrified, every time I saw them, they would blind my vision after a point then I would wake up in bed.
For a while I thought these abductions were real, in the physical form, and couldn't figure out whether I was being experimented on, being helped or being tracked with implants, either way the aliens seemed very robotic and unfeeling to me...

This started my insomnia condition I still have despite being able to destroy these bastards *YES I CAN, SO CAN YOU!*

Now here is the part that will benefit you.

I started researching dreams, hoping that I could find these abductions were merely dreams and put an end to them; well I sort of did..

I made an amazing discovery...
If you can realize you are in your astral body, in a dream or asleep or whatever, you become a power the likes of a deity if you are good enough with it.
Now it certainly doesn't take much to stop the grays, or aliens, I'll first tell you how to prepare for this:

The first thing you will want to do to come to "realization" when asleep, is to start a journal of your dreams.
This must be kept at your bedside and EVERY SINGLE MORNING, you must put a note in there documenting, in however few words, the dream you had the night before..
This gets your subconscious mind in gear to remember what you dream every time you do, and not only that opens other doors, such as to step 2 *by all means do these things at the same time* Step two is, start writing down dreams you want to have and putting them into your pillowcase, or just intensely think of what you are going to dream about, whether it be "tonight, in my dreams I will be superman" or "tonight in my dreams I will ride a roller-coaster" you must start doing this and you'll find that the dreams start happening.
You not only now can control what you dream over time, you are now remembering everything you dream and are recording it so your brain remembers to retain the information, but most importantly, you are fortifying your mind to deal with the "djinn (jinn)" unintentionally, and here is how:

What do you think eventually happens after you think of what you want to dream before hand, only having to record those very events the next morning???

Eventually in one of those dreams, you will realize and say in your dream "this isn't *real*, this is a dream"

At this point, you become as powerful as your mind will allow you to be.

I am now at the point where I don't dream too much anymore. A theory behind that is, I now believe djinn are responsible for causing many dreams because, when asleep, we are not conscious, letting them have control, good or bad. Of course now that I am always aware I'm asleep when I am, they no longer have that hence, do not try and bring me in to one of their places.

But enough of that, here is where I will tell you how I first reeked havoc upon those little bastards and how you can and I am sure will, as well.

I woke up on their ship, on their table, a red laser shining near my chest, the main operator preparing to cut me open down the chest. I just knew that is what he was planning on doing, and sure enough he reached to the table, picked up a long bladed scalpel object, and as he slowly turned to me, things got.. slow, like matrix vision when they're getting shot at or something. I remember feeling, I need to stop him, he's going to cut me here fully awake and I can't move, this can't be happening to me... then that thought suddenly led me to think, wait.. this isn't happening to "me" , and then that is the first time I have seen a facial expression from an abusive abductor, the expression I saw in his face was, "what the hell???"

I then said to myself, this is a dream, I am not really here, I am on earth in my bed.. At this point the alien calls for help with a strange low yet high pitched, half silent bellow, and the other aliens start running in, alarmed and moving towards me. Then I thought, OK, if I'm asleep then, I want to get up, and sat up I did, right on their table..
And now this is where my abduction became wonderful.

It was time for revenge.

I then could feel them trying to overwhelm me with thought somehow, to make me forget I was asleep, but as they were, all I could think was "I have the master sword, it is in my hand! Then from just visualizing this ultimately powerful Master sword, I looked down and saw it in my hand, and then, I had total confidence. Remembering this is giving me quite the adrenaline rush and pleasure, might I add, I then took it and decapitated the operator who was still in stunned disbelief...
And then, I fully realized that I need only think of what I want and it happened. I was infuriated, the aliens became petrified and were panicking.

I began my rampage, I wanted to find the leader and kill him.

I remember killing many aliens, I was moving at super speed, the aliens were nothing to me now, they were helpless, until, some more strong looking aliens came into play, they had swords themselves, and for a second I though, oh sh-t maybe they can still even beat me now..

But then, with me acting like I do, I thought no, nothing will stop me! I then held out my hand and with a yellow/red blast from my palm, vaporized 6 of those very aliens I was starting to fear only seconds earlier.

At that point I truly knew that they could do nothing to stop me, so I killed the rest in sight with those blasts. I then thought, if I can do all this then... well I hope I can pilot this ship home...

That's when I just thought, wait a minute, rather than do that, why don't I just fly home myself, so I pointed my hand at the corner floor of the ship and let go a huge blast disintegrating a portion of the ship, out if which I flew, and let me tell you the feeling is wondrous, I closed my eyes , touched my head and thought earth, and then it was in front of me. I then thought, now to wake up, how do I do that? Well in every falling dream I ever had, I was falling and I woke up when I hit the ground. So I flew straight for earth at top speed, laughing to myself victoriously until I hit the ground and I woke up.
I woke up so happy that now I at least could fight.

And ever since then, every encounter I have had with them, I eventually remember I am asleep, and when I do, it is all over, with a snap of my fingers I can return to my home and transport their vessel into the sun, or I can be like Darth Vader and choke them and watch them in pain out of revenge.
The point is, once you realize you are out of body, and you realize that energy is infinite in you and yours to shape as you wish, there is nothing you can't do in a dream, or in our cases, against our captors.

Since I have become great with this ability I can say the last abduction style dream I can remember hasn't been for a good 3 years and now I ask for them to come, as I never get tired of returning the terror they once instilled in me. But "alas" they never have returned since, and I have a lot to think about.

I have sooo soo much more I could elaborate on, that this site seems only to back up, but now I will go to sleep and hope they come for me once again, something I hope you all can now do for yourselves.

To stop many kinds of spirit interference:

All you need is a fan and a dreamcatcher.
Place dreamcatcher on wall closest to the headboard of bed.
Position fan beside bed aimed at dreamcatcher.
Turn on fan at maximum setting.
The evil spirits, ETs, etc will be blown by the fan into the dreamcatcher and get caught, and at sunrise be melted by the sun.

Good spirits will pass through the dreamcatcher.

Someone please help me. I am educated, not crazy nor a nut. I had a very strange experience when on vacation with my Mom on April 5, 2004 at 6:45 AM. I am highly spiritual and I am a level 2 in Rieke healing. I receive more enlightenment everyday and can only think that this could be the reason of my recall and experience.

I woke up from a dream, however, was not a dream. My recall was being on a wing only I was parallel and I was not strapped down.
I was flying on this wing that was attached to some kind of fuselage at a very high rate of speed. At the time I knew of one camera. I was not allowed to pray. I prayed the same prayer over and over, "God you are ALWAYS with me no matter what", next thing I remember I was locked up with some other people like me, only this time I started breaking rules.
I remember with my head down, I tried to comfort some people. We were prisoners in some kind of "sector". I knew I would be caught but did not care this time. Every "sector had a type of nose mask that was required to put on. Apparently it was "old hat" to me.
Most people were under full guard. I do not recall the looks of the guards. Anyway, I was called up to see the "brass". I knew I was in big trouble and so did my guard. I was released to a sector on my own, knowing I had to put on the nose mask. I couldn't get it to fit so I threw it against the wall. Certain nose masks were attached to a cement wall.
I gave up and walked into the Administrative Sector. These are the people I recall. They were human. In some type of uniforms I have never seen in military or otherwise. Anyway, they called me over by name. Looked like everyone knew me because I had no guard and just walked on over to a section where there were four computers. They showed me feed from hundreds of angles of my flight and focused in on my face and mouth. I looked really freaked out on the wing or whatever it was and my mouth was continuously moving. They accused me of praying. I remember feeling great pain in my soul about this because I was denying it. Denying my Lord and my God. Apparently the punishment is severe and apparently I have never defied them before. I rebelled the whole time, and they certainly did not like it. That is when I woke up.

First I kind of freaked out because I stood up and my body was not all connected yet, meaning, I would move my arms and saw like trails of my arms and whole body, so I gave it a few minutes thinking maybe I had astro-planed during my sleep or something, but then I began the recall of events.
Then the physical harm, I guess, for what I was told by my Reiki Teacher, who by the way is the only one I have told this story to except for my mother, who thinks I am a nut. I remember being warned about the repercussions of the mask and had severe sinusitis that may require surgery come to find out. I am still feeling the after effects that has been documented by my M.D. that some instrument has been used in my rectum in the last 72 hours and no original can be found. Whatever it was caused some damage. Help ME!

From Site Keeper: This is of course, the typical Doctor's explanation. The Doc will tell you it is a protective mechanism to prevent the person from acting out a dream. However:
Why is it that, in various times in the past, I have been smacked, sometimes hard, by flailing arms or legs of sleeping partners such as Wife, earlier on, girl friends, still earlier own, camping partners or anybody else next to me sleeping. Further, I hear them talking in their sleep. Dogs and cats move around in their sleep too.
That does not seem to me there is any protective mechanism going on!
The basic metaphysical reason is the soul or energy-body disconnect that occurs for dreaming. The paralyses can come from a simple delay of energy-body reconnect depending on how fast or in what manner one awakes.
Additional reasons could be but not limited to:
If out of body traveling has been extensive, there may be paralyses, no matter if the person remembers the travel or not.
Interfering spirits can cause it too. Some may try to enter the body and attempt to "run" it. This can not really be done by a spirit, but the energy interference can cause a temporary delay or complication in the proper soul's reconnect. This can sometimes result in a conscious memory of being seemingly awake but not being able to move, along with the feeling that there is "something there". This is a most scary feeling in any circumstance.
The theory above is a summary of sorts, of dozens of explanations I have heard from Metaphysical Specialists.

I was abducted since I was very young with all the classic signs -- nosebleeds, buzzing/whirring sounds in my head, out of body visits, remembering flying on ships, and all the "bad" stuff too.

In my 20's, I had a training with a kahuna in Hawaii who told me that the way to stop an abduction by a grey is to LOVE THEM. Yes, love them. They told me that the grey's nervous system cannot handle it and that it short-circuits them (i.e. fries them). They can handle fear just fine as it is a much lower vibration, but love drives them nuts. They'll leave you alone. I don't recall being abducted since I learned this.

Love really is the most powerful force in the universe. I am amazed that I have not seen anyone else mention this. I think most are coming from fear, which, to me, acts like a homing signal, pulling them right in on you. When I find myself in fear of being abducted, I immediately ask myself "Could I let go of wanting to be abducted?" Now, this might sound nuts, but it works. It quickly helps one to let go of any fear when you ask yourself if you could let go of wanting it to happen (even if consciously you don't!).

Try these suggestions: Let go of the fear and allow yourself to love the little buggers. It drives 'em bonkers and will keep you safe.

Hatred and fear only attract negative things to you, as negative attracts more negative.

This email pertains to extraterrestrial activity. Before discounting it, please look at online documents relating to a UFO deactivating 18 nuclear missiles in Malmstrom AFB and a UFO disabling an F4's weapon system:

18 missiles in different silos at different facilities were shut down at the same time by an application of voltage to one specific bus line, causing a fault in the targeting systems. This has been happening in western Canada over the last 1-� years, in southern Saskatchewan and Alberta (two Canadian provinces). There may have been many suicides.

The unidentified individual became extremely self-destructive because of the alien brainwashing. He found that hypnosis to counter the implanted alien suggestions weakened them substantially.

I believe that two of my classmates and I saw a UFO on January 2nd 1996 and one of my friends; Dean hasn't been the same since he saw my friend Jake and I run away assuming that our friend Dean was behind us. Often, and I mean often, I will put myself in the middle of total darkness in the middle of nowhere by myself - alot of times not by choice (work related). In that situation it is like the instincts kicked up a gear - I am certain that I was not alone out there, at first that scared the hell out of me, but after a while I began to seek it, not the fear but because I began to feel 'part of it'.

I'm afraid I might be having trouble with a Jinn. I have had alot of the problems discribed on your website and before I start trying to get rid of them I have a question for you? How do you get back something they've taken from you? You see one of my worst fears is not having kids (20 years old by the way) and I guess they must have read into that, becuase they took my prostate. At first they took the whole thing, but after begging them, (thinking they were superiour beings) they returned the prostate muscle keeping the gland. Hey, okay, I am Muslim and as a part of Islam, I pray each night before I go to bed, i.e before encounters...I've had 2 expriences till now.. My name is Andrew and I have been getting abducted since January 2000.
I can not discuss this with my family because they think I am really crazy and I am just making it up. I am not. I told them already. I am scared to sleep now. My first abduction was like this around 2:00 I fell asleep on my back watching tv and I woke up I could not move, I could not scream and my vision was gone. The onliest thing I could have done was moan. I kind of squinted my eyes and I saw 3 or 4 black bodies staring at me. I felt a sting on my testicles and then I fell asleep. I usually fall asleep when that happens.
They came back the next day the same thing. The 3rd day I slept with a flashlight and I threw it but I only could move my fingers a tiny bit I did not hit them. I then fell asleep. I never watched anything about aliens and I never even thought of them. That was when I lived in Georgia. I now moved to Puerto Rico in January the next after that and it happens a lot. The other night my brother's friend spent the night and my brother, his friend, and I were sleeping. I just had closed my eyes about for 5 minutes and I woke up with a pop in my ear and I felt warm ear wax. I was frozen and I could not do anything. It was the same as usual and my brother friend started moving in his sleep and I guess he scared them away.

I don't know if I should be bothered writing this because it will sound silly and pathetic but I dont really know what I saw. Probably nothing compared to what others have witnessed. But anyway, I remember when I was younger and I had just gone to bed - I was definetly awake because I had just opened my blinds (my bed was right against my windows) - and I saw this giant ball of pure white light moving across the sky very slowly whilst illuminating the clouds behind it untill it dissapeared out of my sight behing the eaves. I'm positive it wasnt a plane or any form of human air craft as it was too big and had no multicoloured arrangement of flashing lights. I remember running out of bed and pulling my dad outside to have a look but nothing was there. It wasnt the moon because the moon was on the other side of the sky. So what was it? I want to know if anyone has any ideas to what it may be in particular, if so email me. I have been wondering about it for nearly 10 years but I have never read about anything similar. And does anyone know of little red lights which move accross the sky at a slow place which suddenly dissapear? My friend and I once saw about three of the same little red lights moving in different directions but she doesnt remember it at all.

I was just remembering whilst reading back over these entries something that occured about 2 years ago with my friend before she moved. My friend's grandmother is very down to earth, she's healthy, smart and by no means a liar - far from it. Anyway we used to play with weiji boards (i dont know if thats how you spell it) and THEY DO WORK for all you anti-believers out there lol. So anyway we protect ourselves with the white light and so forth and we often talk to people who have become trapped between our dimension and the one we pass to when we die. We've also made contact with aliens through my friends grandmother (meaning she can somehow connect herself to them and what they say she repeats to us or they speak thru her etc) I know you may be thinking 'yeah, whatever' but its true and if you knew this lady you would be positive she wasnt making it up. Anyway we found out some very interesting information. It seems that the alien we talked to lived some what close to Earth and he/she told us some things about abductions because we were curious. It turns out that people are abducted or make contact because before they are born (before their spirit is tranfered into a human body) they make some form of an agreement in which they recieve something they desire in their lifetime in return for contact with extraterrestrials or similar beings like a contract, for example you could have wanted to be rich and so you would be rich in life in turn you may have some contact with aliens or such. This probably sounds stupid to you all but I thought since I've seen and heard this it may be a bit useful to people who want to know why only some people have contact with other beings, and others do not. May I remind you all that this may not apply to everyone who has ever had contact with aliens because there are like, what? Four different types of aliens out there that we know of and can classify, and probably more that we dont know of. I recommend you try using a weiji board to find some answers but be careful because a lot of bad things can come out of them and a lot of things on the other side lie constantly. I just wanted to say something else. I reckon when you pray to jesus when you are paralysed in your bed with aliens sitting on your shoulder. You can get your movement back NOT by praying to Jesus. When I was a young boy (up to the age of about 13) I was very afraid of the dark. This fear was only of dark nights, if a moon was out or in the city where street lighting is prevalent, I didn't suffer the fear.

In the countryside however, where I lived at the time, I had to walk a couple of hundred metres home every night through almost pitch black darkness on a bush track. With a torch I felt relatively safe, but on some occassions I had to go without. At these times my fear was peaking the whole journey! The feeling that something was following or watching me was very strong.

Of course having a torch did make the "watchers" recede a little into the shadows, atleast that's what it felt like. I always new "something" was out there, but while I was scared, I recognised the "something" had no control over me. Afterall I had walked that path at night many times without incident, and further my mother taught me from an early age that spiritual forces are subject to a person's free will, ie: it's my choice whether such forces can affect me or not. This belief became stronger as I got older to the point where I totally overcame the fear (by the age 13) and came to think of the presence (which I could still "feel" and still do when alone in the dark) more as just another creature in the bush watching me as I walk through their domain.

Using logic (the logic being that spirits can't hurt me) I was able to overcome the fear. Whenever I walked that path after the age of thirteen, I had no need of a torch even on the darkest nights. My absolute belief in my spiritual and physical integrity with relation to night spirits (jinns etc) put up a protective wall, but against jinns only; I had not put up a wall against all spiritual events, because I was interested in having spiritual experiences.

I am not afraid of spirit entities, because I know where I start and they end. I know how my own mind works, and I know I don't have to be subject to thoughts and feelings produced "outside" of my ownbody/mind, just as I don't have to accept another person's bad feelings towards me. I have faith in my body, my spirit, my higher-self.

There is a form of Jinn, however, that I communicate with regularly, both consciously and unconsciously: divas, the spirits of inanimate objects. These spirits help me every single day (I am a technician, so my favourite divas inhabit equipment, computers etc).

These spirits are friendly if you are nice to them, and enjoy helping you repair, operate and build the equipment they inhabit. When I sit down to repair a piece of equipment, I feel welcomed by the diva, as they recognise me as someone who is there to assist them continue to perform in the way they most wish, ie: perform the tasks the equipment is designed for. Divas love to be put to work.

Hi, yes the leaving on lights does help, though I would caution that if the light is dim, leaving alot of shadow, it can be worse. I either like it bright light or totaly dark, I can see them better. The idea that you are a "bad mother---" is very helpful to. If I go after them with the idea that I will grab on and hang on to it and drag to a public place, they stay back. I also tell them if I can't get to a public place then I will kill it and hang its head on my wall like a deer trophy, so every one can see that they are real.
For five years those threats kept them away from me, but last night they came back. I was not abducted. I stayed awake all night with the lights on. My fear is they must have learned some thing new to come back after five years. I feel that they are real. I understand the out of body thing and it does make sense, but these suckers are real. I have been going after them by myself though I do have family support. My father thinks they are here to help some how, so does my sister. My family believes but they do not want to deal with them. I think maybe I should tell you my story, but I am not sure that now is the time. I hope you will get back to me I need support. How Mistaken Belief Jesus/God/Prayer Stops Abductions Came About

I have come to the conclusion that there are logical reasons why people who scare away beings about to abduct them mistakenly believe that prayer prevented the abduction.
I looked at the premise of why religious abductees think that God or Jesus stopped their abduction. In a through analysis of the sequence of events in an abduction, I've determined that the people that think they are driving the aliens/beings/military abductors away have already been abducted and returned!!! The abductees usually wake up as they are returned. At that instant the abductee's memory of everything that came before was already erased as part of the Standard Operating Procedure during the abduction while on the ship, so when they awake they are seeing the aliens for the "first time" and "get religion" out of fright, they call on Jesus, and think it made the aliens leave, but the aliens were departing anyway. They were already done with the abduction.
Try it on a subjective basis to see it from the abductees point of view. In a regular abduction, the abductors erase your abduction memories. When they bring you back, you wake up and see them.
You get frightened and say "God or Jesus save me!"
The abductors were leaving anyway because they just brought you back. This makes you deduces that because you said "God save me," that they ran away. (That they can go zipping through solid walls when they depart, makes it look even more like God frightening supernatural beings into wild flight.)

I thought of another analogous situation where loss of memory could cause you to misperceive the actual situation. Think of it this way:
Imagine that a woman was given a date rape drug and knocked out. She is raped while unconscious and then the rapist is getting dressed to leave.
The woman then comes out from under the drug, sees the near-naked rapist and screams out "Jesus save me!" or "police, rape!" The rapist runs off. If she is very religious, or not, she now thinks that Jesus, or screaming, may have saved her from rape. Since she has no memory of the rape, just like an abductee has no memory of the abduction, commonly in those type cases she will not know for sure if she was raped unless there is physical evidence. In abductions, most abductees don't know what physical evidence to look for, and don't call the police to report it as a kidnapping. As a result, no police detectives are called out to check for physical evidence in the abductions. Therefore the abductee has no evidence that the abduction already occurred.
The problem is there are few other circumstances where a person is rendered unconscious during a crime/experience except abduction and date rape.
The thing to keep in mind is there are few circumstances where you "regain consciousness," or "wake up from sleep," and see something that will frighten you out of your wits and make you pray to God. The point is, you are coming out of blank memory, or sleep, and see something that frightens you. From your viewpoint, you are seeing it for the first time.
If you have no memory of the aliens, then suddenly see them.....
you would think you were seeing them for the first time!!! (I know my own mother would say "God help me," if she awoke to see aliens or pseudo-aliens). So we are back to square one about prayer stopping abductions. The abductions were already over at that point. I am about to publish a book on the alien agenda and what can be done to change what is going on so it is mutually beneficial to humanity and the aliens.

LED based light sources and flashlights are an excellant source of low wattage lighting. Thoughts?

Oh, don't get me started! I use white-light LEDs for everything I can. High price is the only limiting factor. They are great for solar-energy systems which use 12 volts. Three LEDs in series with a small dropping resistor provides surprisingly bright light for getting about (not bright enough for reading or close work.) Thirty to 42 LEDs will light a room nicely. They practically last forever and the power source lasts a long time, even tiny batteries. Using two AAA batteries, I light portrait frames of my favorite people with a single white-light LED. It is cool have pictures of your relatives, lady-friend or whomever softly lit all night by moon-light-like LED light (try saying that aloud!) so that it appears they are sort of like, looking out for you all night.

A great book to read about Alien abuductions is Carl Sagan's book THE DEMON HAUNTED WORLD. He makes some great point about why Aliens are not abuducting people. Read it with an open mind and take time to understand his points. Also research his backround-he is a celebrated scientist and devoted his life to the study of space and AI. I think if you were to really to read and understand this book you might seen Alien abuductions in a new light. Even if it doesn't, you would see a someone who argues not by name calling.

I stumbled upon this page whilst surfing one fine Saturday morning...
I've always been a sci-fi buff. Always enjoyed the X-Files and Star Trek (old and new) - old Twilight Zone and Outer Limits.
But the dream sequences I read on this site have so many similarities that they cannot go ignored. I too have had similar dreams, most recently having to do with a mass "changing" of the human species by an "alien" group of doctors. Almost like "invasion of the body snatchers" without the dark ending. In this dream, whole towns were told to show up at their local elementary schools and there they received a series of "shots" that would sustain them while they traveled thru a white tube. After coming out of the white tube, they were lead out to the lunch tables and playgrounds of the elementary schools to "recover". The changes that took place in while traveling in the white tube were that any humans that had illness or diseases were healed and they would live forever. Some of them got "sick" while traveling in the white tube and they were being tended to by the "alien doctors" who looked like humans except they had six fingers. That was the only difference. While the whole pretense of the dream projected a good outcome - while I was there experiencing it - my soul had a sense of deep foreboding. Like the outcome was a bit "too good to be true". My sense of foreboding was confirmed when one of the people who has been stricken ill while in the white tube was my own husband. We were seperated by the "doctors" and they told me that he would be okay - but he was in terrible pain. I became grief stricken and panicked because I didn't like seeing my husband in pain. But I was not allowed to be with him. The alien doctors just told me go to outside and sit at a lunch table and wait. I went outside and the sunlight and colors were quite surreal. So many people just lining up outside the school and doing what they were told. It was very strange. I felt very afraid and I spun myself around and then I woke up. My heart was pounding hard and I was crying. I didn't sense a presence in the room, but the vision of that dream is still with me. This happened over a week ago. I told my husband about it, and he kidded me that I was having "pizza" dream.
I don't think THIS was a "pizza" dream at all. I still remember this dream like it happened last night - all week long a fuzzy outline of fear has been ever present in my psyche. Especially when I pass an elementary school.
Maybe I do watch to much TV....

I personally do not believe in any supreme being like Jehovah or Allah, except that we are all God and have forgotten it. Nonetheless, I do believe in ETs, and that there are two specific races who had come to control the planet..a reptilian race has had ultimate control for thousands of years, and I believe they are our "demons" and "devils"..

Anyway, on your list of how to determine alien abduction, the first one got my attention immediately. I was in my room on my computer, and my ex-girlfriend was sleeping in my bed. I started to hear her call my name in fear. Eventually whatever was happening was over with. She told me she was paralyzed, and saw this short, black being with an oval head, big blue eyes, and lots of sharp teeth at her shoulder, and she said she heard this loud, scary sound..which I suppose would be the buzzing, but that it was more like "jijijijijijijijijijijijij" or something. She's also had similar experiences, but no buzzing or black creatures, but what seems to be insects crawling all over the walls. These things have only happened in my room, and only to her...and both times I was in the room with her..awake.

I've had my own experiences, but nothing like this. I dreamed of being in a room with a bright lit hallway and a small golden being laying at the entrance. I looked closely at this being and its skin was almost irridescent, and scaley. I walked away from it to sit on a couch in the room, looked over at it and its eyes opened, glowing orange. When I saw this I had a sharp pain in my head. I put my hands to my head and closed my eyes and I saw myself in a circular dark room sitting on a table (like you see in a doc's office). That was the end of the dream, but months later I noticed what seemed to be an incision above my right ear..like a needle had gone through. This dream happened some time after a UFO sighting I had of a teardrop/almond-shaped thing in the sky, which glowed orange and had a pulsating red light.

But I've always had ET related dreams. I wish I knew what was going on. I've done research on alien races, UFOs and conpiracy theories, and they all seem to make a lot of sense, but this is personal. I want to know what is going on.

What goes around comes around. We do take advantage of "lesser" beings on earth without a second thought. (Dolphins, Apes, mice, bacteria) Tests are being done to us. Not all with good intentions.
This is why it is necessary for us to become more and more aware.

Hello! I was reading your website and found it very interesting. I do have a question though. You say it is not the physical body that is taken, then how can one explain this situation. This happened many years ago. My husband, and I were sleeping and we had our daughter in between us(she was around 1 at the time). I woke up with a strange noise..could not move...but I can see...and saw a creature on my daughters head....I was trying to scream...but nothing came out...then I felt some needle go through my foot...the pain went away with a gentle hand touch on my head.....I finally "broke" out of this and woke my husband up....I told him what happened and he said he experienced the same thing...Next day....our trusted friend came over and we told her about our experience....she asked if we looked at our feet.....we both had a puncture wound in the soles of our right foot....Is there an explanation for this? What is done to the energy body will manifest to the physical body. All spirit healers know this. I dont have ideas on stopping, I have experienced this "waking dream" with great fear and paralyzed with very loud jet plane type noise, did not know what this was until I saw something on t.v. and an abductee mentioned having "waking dreams" and described it to a tee! This is the first time I've ever done this (net-wide), but I've discussed this type of thing among others who have had the same thoughts or experiences.
A little history of my life: Ever since I can remember, I've had the occasional nightmare, the vision, or that paralized feeling that people get sometimes. Yet, the first one I can remember clear as day, was a terrifying, materialization that still lingers in my mind's eye to this day. I really don't remember how old I was, or which house I lived in, but we had bunk beds, so it mustv'e been in between the ages of 5 to 7. It was late at night, and I had woken with the need to answer to call of nature so I sat up, and there in the soft glow of my nightlite, was a being/creature I couldn't describe, it had patches of dark hair among it's greyish/dark complextion, probably was the hight of a small child, big eyes, pointy ears, and an overall gaingly/skinny appearence, except for it's rather longish feet, and fingers; maybe about 3 or four digits on each appendage. It didn't notice me at first, the thing was looking at one of my children's books, in fact it seemed immersed in it.. I was terrified but intreiged, I don't really remember what I was thinking, but I had studied it for a brief few seconds before it noticed me. It looked right into my eyes, farther than that it was staring into my soul. Then, as it was loking at me as I was to it, the eyes began to glow red... not your regular color red, but the kind of red that a flashlight gives off when you put a filter on it.
My intreige had left me and was replaced with sheer terror that was down to the bone, the feeling went through me and reverbed down to my soul. All time was lost, and the next thing I realized was that my mother was in the room saying "what's wrong? what is it?" she was almost frantic, I swear to this day that she could feel my fear. The light from the hallway had bathed my room and the thing had literally dived into the shadows to dissapear. I told her what happened and of course she dismissed it as a nightmare, but then she asked me what it looked like, so I told her and she said if that ever happened again to pray for our angels to come protect us. And that was that. I went to the bathroom, fully awake, did my business and crawled up to my space in the top bunk, my mom and I said goodnight, and as she shut the door, it was there!! behind the door, clinging to the coatrack! The red in the eyes had come back in it's eyes, it was pointing to me, kind of like "you just wait I'll be back!" kind of gesture. I did what my mom said to do I yelled "Angels! Help!" The creature went away. (Today, while looking at this sight, I clicked on the link to where the Muslim lady had posted the picture of light she had taken in the temple. What that thing was, was the thing that was in my room that night.)
The next morning when I got up to got to school, the book that the creature was looking at was in the same exact place where it was left. It was my favorite book at the time "Johnny's first day at school" or somthing like that. Of course I could've left it lying there before I went to bed, but I always put away my books as a child, I still to this day put my books away.
After that night it was like a gateway or a beginning that has been with me for as long as I am alive. I've had the dreams of the Jinns (no abductions though), more like the kind of dreams that wake you up in the middle of the night, sweat soaked, unable to move. I grew up with that. I can fight them, take control, I just have to remind myself to do that. Sometimes it's a dream of wonder, sometimes terror, or a little bit of both. If you open your mind enough, you can explore the underlying layers that inhibit what you go through.
A few months ago, while spending time with my mom at a Bed and Breakfast in San Marcos, TX. We were discussing this in depth. She told me about seeing ghosts, and tthings like that. How she can sense a presense from the feeling she gets. I told her about that night and she remembered, I told her that it wasn't just that one time, that there were other times in dreams and just thing I saw or felt. She asked me if I had any gray hair, well, as I matter of fact, I do. I have stray greay hair on my head and arms... she said that I am a spirit Indian. Of course anybody's reaction would be "what the hell?" which was mine of course.
She told me things that I didn't know about her. I knew she was adopted, I knew she was born on an Indian reservation in Oklahoma, put up for adoption and later moved to Houston where my grandparents adopted her at the age of 4. She researched her family a few years ago, and found her grandfather was a Shaman. That's all we know about her immidiate family, and that her father, upon my mom being born had freaked out and left her and her mom and sister. Her sister died at the age of 2 and her mother left the reservation to put my mom up for adoption then. I don't know what I have, I know I have it, or some of it anyway. My brother has it too, he told my mom about shadows walking on the stairs and then running up as soon as they are noticed. I dont really know what the reason for all of this is, but If anybody can provide insight, I would love sharing my other experiences with them. Really wierd stuff...

I found your (this) site while searching for the relation between Nordic beings and abductions. I've had out of body experiences my whole life and five years ago had a vision, while awake, but momentarily paralyzed, of five or six blond haired human looking beings who appeared in a sort of white flame in my room and then vanished. I hope you don't think I'm crazy. I assumed it was some sort of sleep paralysis event, as I'm accustomed to them, but this felt different somehow and sounds frighteningly close to those supposedly abducting people. I have been interseted in the very real subject of flying saucers and e.t.s since I was a boy. my first encounter took place back in the summer of 84. on a clear day I saw a flying saucer from down from out of the sky. it moved in erratic patterns and step maneuver. it emitted some form or trail of ionized gas behind it as it moved. it did not turn as it moved.

A cessna airplane came onto the scene. the saucer flew right for its windshield over and over forceing the plane to dive. the saucer pulled back away from the windshield and forward again and again. the plane was so slow in responseive ness that the ufo pilot had to control his ship so precisely as not to hit the plane. finally the ufo shot up and away and blinding speeds. we now have a frame of reference to measure the saucers diamater that is the same or close to the size of the cessna airplane.

My next and most freightening alien encounter took place in russell park in ilion new york. my friends and I had gone into the woods and a nearby grassy sports field to watch several of these objects zooming across the sky seeming to be under intellegent pilots as they were able to avoid each other as they were hot roding around. one of the saucers was able to jump from east to west horizen in under one second. nothing could do that from a dead stop hoover to full throttle so to speak.

At one point we saw mysterious lights in the woods. very large very bright. strange pockets or force fields were all over the place. they were not seeable but feelable. the temperature pockets went from approximately 30 below zero to 102 degrees. strange stuff huh.we also found the footprints of what I believe to be aliens. they matched no known animal prints here in new york. it had sharp toes. three of them. ther was clearly an inner arch indentation to the foot as to be of a bi pedal creature. the prints were not very large almost children sized. I tried like hell to dig up the prints. on the day I went back most were destroyed by rain. I was unsuccessful in getting a plaster mould, fiberglass resin mold of any other way. I figured why take a photo or plaster it if I could get the actual print. I tried to use a shovel on it. but it soon fell apart.im glad that two people or witness saw these prints the lights in the woods and lights in the sky.

the next thing I am going to tell you may be startleing.

My cousin isreal and I were walking through the woods a few months later. at night about 2.00 am. we came out of the woods and sat down in the field to see if we could stop anything moving in the sky. we waited and waited. then boom it happened.

A saucer that looked as far away as venus was high above us. my cousin said whats that over your head? I thought he was fooling around. so I lifted by flashlight up and flashed it a couple of times.

The saucer came down. we were hit by a powerful blinding white light. the next thing I recall is wakeing up or shall I say coming to. I was dizzy and sore all over. I looked around as my eyes tried to focus and saw my cousin near me in much the same manner as i. what the hell was that I said. I cant see. I had read many stories about this type of event. I looked at my wind up watch. boom 20 minutes lost. we almost didnt make it back to our ride who was picking us up at 2.30 am.

Some time went on after that incident. I found myself looking up whenever I went outside. I became anixiety ridden and fearful for seemingly no reason.

I began having nightmeres about what happened that night. it all came back to me.

The flying disk had landed in front of me one the field. it must of had landing gear because I saw that it did not rest on its belly. it was about 40 foot in diamiter. its ramp was down. for some unknown reason I went in to investigate. I was immediatly shocked. the inside seemed to be bigger then the outside. I saw octagional walls about 4 or 5 of them. on the walls or doors I suspect were large strange symbols that looked burned into the door.

I was able to ask questions using my mind and got answers.

I began getting a flood of information in my head from an outside source. I turned my head towards the right and there I saw three small classic looking gray aliens with big heads and large black eyes. they sat around a cylinder like device that was able to bridge the gap between biological intellegence and advanced computerized hardware. they did nothing more then think certain thoughts to get the crafts drive system going and for complex navagation through out the universe. it was put into my head that these beings were actualy demons! posesing the body of a low intellegence bipedal creature. I was fearful and yet curious at what was going on. their was no drive system in the center of the craft as mr. lazar claims is inside these things. it was some what dim inside the craft. their were small lights that were giving off a reddish glow. the walls were silver in color as of bare metal. the floor had in interesting design like the inside of an orange cut open with lines extending outward from the center. I dont recall what happened after that, but I think thats may be what blinded me as the craft left and not have come first as I thought. I know this was a real event. I think it could be a memory of the begining of an alien abduction but she can never remember anything past it. I believe that there is alot to learn from 'alien' abductions. I feel terribly sorry for anyone who has had bad experiences, I too have felt a sense of violation but have now come to accept the curiosity which they hold over us.
I am for abduction, all you have to be is willing. I have been taken by only what I could describe as aliens, and yes, I was frightened. Still, my own curiosity has grown and I feel compelled to undergo whatever they subject me to.
People make fun of this whole thing, but the truth is there within them, people who lie only go to make the 'experience' less believable. All I can say is believe yourself and whatever happened to you, the truth is always the truth and no one can change that.

I read this site's information on how to stop an abduction. The quran doesn't work. Praying to angels doesn't work either. Leaving the lights on doesn't work.
The only thing that does seem to work is praying in Jesus' name. No pictures or anything else work. I don't know if anybody has said anything about it, so I am doing so. Thanks for putting that info out there.

Six hours ago (from the time of this writing), at exactly 12:05 noon Philippine Standard Time - April 9, 2001, a stunning light in midday summertime triggered a personal hunch that "they" are out there asking me to roll the videocam and take a few minutes worth of shots, and be posted immediately on this website.
They appeared from an estimated aerial distance of not more than 3 kilometers across my bedroom window.

From a distance, it could be ignored and thought of as the sunlight bouncing-off from a huge mirror. The glare has intermittently defeated my focus on the subject, and certain exposure adjustments were necessary.

The degree of physiological damage it left me is very minor though - like swollen gums and slight fatigue.

I shall feature more pictures in the coming days. In the meantime, we may consider this apparition as a heavenly sign to ponder on, this Holy Week. Whatever that is, only your heart and soul would know.

KIndly focus on the subtitle "Scuffle with the Devil" and shift your attention to the first encircled image to the lower left corner of the frame. Compare this picture with the "jinns" in your picture link. The former shows the same creature-type in "sober-state" contrary to the one's you have - which exemplifies fury and shock.

This creature I should say is one of satan's squires who tends to be always around to wreck havoc, terror and destruction.

I would like to point out that if your "readers" wish to have a backup to light in their bedrooms at night to ward off the abducting phenomenon, they can get candles encased in a stout glass container, candles that burn CONTINUOUSLY FOR ONE WEEK at many Catholic churches and/or Catholic goods stores.

Melissa MacLeod, one of the witnesses who used Mental Struggle and Appeal to Spirtual Personages successfully (as described in the book HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST ALIEN ABDUCTION) began using this kind of candle which she obtains from her San Gabriel Valley parish. She burns it day and night before a small shrine in her room. Since then, she has had NO return of the paralyzing presences for over two years. If anyone feels leery about leaving such a candle burning during the day, or when they are not at home to watch against any possible fire hazard, you could advise them to pour out the few drops of melted wax each morning upon awakening. Regarding: Astral Abductions
I have studied astral projection, and have a small amount of knowledge about it. It can be very very traumatic, and very scary.
If you need help with coping with your abduction-experiences, then please seek out other groups (e.g. Gnostic or Self-Learning-Through-Meditation Groups), who will help you understand what astral abduction is all about, and how the whole thing works. Once you begin to understand, you can be free of the fear.
There's no need for herbs or salt, no need to fight demons, or aliens, or invoke God's power. A gentle prayer to God, will always help soothe things, but really in actual fact, you need to learn how to get used to your astral body, and how to use your astral self. God is good, but you don't need to use a sledgehammer to turn on a lightswitch, right?
Much of the UFO phenomena mentioned here, is EXTREMELY similar to the experiences that people have when they're learning to astral-project.
Astral Projection can be beautiful, but it can also be the scariest thing in the world, if you're unsure of what you're doing.

In a nutshell, anything you think can appear to materialise before your astral eyes. How do you fix this?
Well, over a period of weeks, you meditate a little every day, to calm your mind. Your mind is like a muddy river, and when you calm it, it's much less likely that negative thoughts will surface.
The reason for the recurrent strong, and 'real' experiences, is because your mind is awakening to the astral plane. The problem comes, because your mind is still dreaming - you're sleeping, right?
With astral study, you learn to become conscious in your astral life, just as you would be in daily life, and thereby, your dreams don't trouble you as much anymore. The occasional time, you may have some sort of experience that can be frightening. It's important to realise that your worries can take on a human or alien form. The more adept you become, the more you get past the 'astral movie', and get into 'astral real-life'.
Warning
Be careful when you study astral travel, because the techniques of meditation and awareness need to be carefully balanced. You need to be alert and aware in your daily life, as well as your astral life.
If you do too much focused meditation, you'll be so focused, that you may fail to notice events happening around you...e.g. an oncoming car.
Similarly, if you do too much 'awareness' meditation, you'll become too observant of every single detail of life, and you'll end up with panic attacks - thinking everyone notices you in the same detail as you notice them.
Be balanced about the whole thing, and think positive, because you have a great gift. The opportunity to contact other beings, or aliens is there, so when you get to that stage, you'll have the opportunity to ask them what was really happening, during your previous abduction experiences
Also, New York is a fantastic place, but there are some places I wouldn't go. Similarly, both the internet, and the astral plane are fantastic. Don't dwell on negative stuff. Actively seek the positive, and forget about the negative. Aliens have no need to abduct humans in the astral sense, so something else is the cause.
The paralysis element is a medical reaction that occurs during sleep, to prevent ourselves from hurting ourselves, when we dream. Check it out on some science website. You may find that the alien's plastic sheet is just a psychological expression of that paralysis during dreaming time. Just as experiences of probing of sexual organs may be a dream-replay of an injection you had as a child, or sadly, could also be a possible indicator of either a sexual fear, a relationship fear, or even for some people, could indicate possible abuse.
Many people accidentally become astrally active, when trying hard to escape the awful feelings of being disempowered and assaulted by another human being. In some people, this often leads to a feeling of dissassociativity with the body. Then again, I'm not a doctor, and I seriously doubt if this is the case for everyone.
I hope this helps somebody to cope. I believe that aliens exist, and I believe that abduction experiences happen. However, I also believe that a lot of abduction type experiences may be either caused, or exaggerated by the sheer "OHMYGOD" trauma of not knowing/understanding the rules of the astral world, and wondering what is happening. Remember, everyone astral projects to some little extent when they sleep. I wanted to explain this to you all, to help guide you to remove the fear, and gently learn to get your beautiful life back! :)
Don't order the aliens about. Don't be aggressive. Instead, forget about them, and just look around the room, and just think 'Wow! This place is cool'... set your attention on something beautiful, and before you know it... you'll no longer be in the room. Being curious about an object, is almost like clicking on a link on a webpage. You click, and you're gone off to somewhere more interesting.
When you've finished exploring, just gently remember your body. You wont know where it is, but don't panic. Just repeat gently, "I'm waking up now.... I'm waking up.", and gently and softly, you'll become aware of your sleeping body. If you're still paralysed, then keep thinking 'I'm waking up now.... I want to wake up..." for another few seconds, and your paralysis will gently release, and you'll be free to move again, bright refreshed, and happy

Hi - this seems ridiculous but the following happened to me last Sunday morning.
I haven't been sleeping to well lately and was up watching TV until around 4.30AM - I then went to bed. My husband woke and got up leaving me alone in the bedroom. My thirteen year old son was sleeping in the next room.
Anyway I fell asleep -deeply asleep - I was dreaming I remember the dream vividly and was aware it was a dream. Then something disturbed me, I felt as if there was movement on my torso, I tried to move but felt a soft but firm resistance against me. I was unable to move, open my eyes, speak. It felt as if quite a few 'hands' were holding me down.
I don't know how long this continued but it was accompanied by a foul burning smell. I suppose you could say a suffocating smell. When I eventually broke free or was released - whatever? I ran into the lounge, sobbing and terrified to my husband who was on the computer.
I'm forty four years of age and have never experienced anything like this in my life before. Although having read the letters below do recollect, quite vividly, a face hovering on the wall (typical looking alien face - huge almond eyes, long and thin bone structure lit up with a white light). I was around 18 then, I think - but that's the only thing strange I can ever recollect. Incidentaly another strange thing is that for no explicable medical reason my monthly cycle has stopped. Just stopped! No I'm not pregnant, no I'm not going through the change. My periods have just stopped. Full stop!

This has been an incredibly frightening experience for me and one thing I do know is whatever happened that night was real. I don't know whether you'd call it an alien interference or perhaps a trip between the spirit dimensions. But it happened and it terrified me.
As regards prayers - religion etc. Well I wear a crucifix every day of my life, not for religious reasons but because I like the cross. I remember being so terrified I was trying, unsuccessfully, to reach for it that night.
Has anyone else had anything similiar or can anyone assure me this was simply a deeply disturbing nightmare as my husband believes. Incidentaly we live in the heart of London on the 8th floor of an apartment block. Neither my husband (who was wide awake) or I saw any bright lights, heard any strange sounds or noticed anything remiss with time.
I would appreciate it if someone with more knowledge and information could try to explain what is going on. Whatever happened terrified me and I know whatever it was in my room meant me ill-will.

You've probably seen the website of a group called CE4, who are MUFON researchers in Florida. They stumbled onto the fact that using Christ's name would terminate alien abductions, so they now have no doubt that evil spirits are the cause.
They also found statistical evidence that the victims are generally weak believers in religion. There is a logic to this. There is only one thing that subdues evil, and that is truth. Strong believers are sources of truth, so they are left alone. In other words, the demons don't want someone blabbing afterwards and saying the evil spirits are posing as aliens and molesting people.
It is almost stunning to me, having a science background, that anyone could go through the abduction experience and assume the perpetrators are spacemen from outer space. Technology never will do what spiritual beings do. It's surprising that anyone with a trace of knowledge of either science or religion wouldn't know that.
So the victims are usually extremely gullible and naive. Maybe not always, but they must be complacent enough that they pose no threat of spreading truth about evil spirits being the cause.
In other words, what is needed more than anything is for the victims to produce some truth about the fraud involved. They need to shout from the rooftops that evil spirits are molesting people. Are they too chicken? There would certainly be a lot of religious truth established if a significant number of persons were to learn the truth about alien abductions being the work of evil spirits.

O.k........ Now I have a LITTLE more courage to be able to share this, since I see that others have shared their details.. I had emailed a few days ago, because I was wondering if it's possible to be abducted as a child, and either they leave you alone as an adult, or maybe you just refuse to remember... I DO have something that has been bothering me for YEARS.... and it knots my stomach to talk about it, for fear of just how REDICULOUS it may sound, and I'm just not SURE how to explain it!! I have always had VIVID dreams.... I was a sleep walker as a child, and ended up places that I don't yet understand. As far as I know, I don't sleepwalk anymore. As a child, on at least 2 occasions, I woke up, with the "sounds" of THOUSANDS of "others" in room. My mother is a lite sleeper, and at the time we had a 2 room house in the country. We slept in the same room, and my mother did NOT awake these times!!! EVEN when I SHOOK her, and cried OUT to her and my father. The voices ran together, overlaping, but just faint enough that I couldn't make out what was being said. I had the "sick" feeling in the pit of my stomach that I ONLY get when experienceing or talking about this. I never saw anything THAT TIME, except that it was SEVERELY windy outside, and there seemed to be a pale bluish light from an unknown source outside my window. I jumped back into bed, and covered my head up, reciting the lords prayer over and over, until I passed out. I was about 10 when this happened. I didn't remember this for 10 years. When I was about 13, I had the most REALISTIC, yet ABSURD experience that I have EVER had! We used to have to go outside to the bathroom, and one night, I remember SPECIFICALLY going to the bathroom, but only getting a few feet from our back door, starting to do my business , and looking up, seeing a ufo shaped like BUGS BUNNY'S HEAD! Now, I KNOW that this sounds PREPOSTEROUS, but it was actually quite sickening, but since I really enjoyed the cartoons Bugs Bunny, I felt calmer during the situation. I don't remember anything after that, except that I woke up in my bed wet, with grass stuck to my feet. I never told anyone. I felt that It was just a halucination, or whatever you wish to call it, but I still get the sick feeling in my stomach talking about it. As a child we had to have ALL the lights off in the house, but as an adult, I have always felt more comfortable with SOME light, or noice going. Now, my sons are telling me strange things, and I fear for them, yet wonder if they're imagining. I have loved the country, but because of these things, feel more at ease in the city. I can't say that I remember anything that has happened to me as an adult.

Some time ago a friend of my wife's and a group of friends made a trip to historical sites in the Middle East. During the tour she had a chance to visit a cave on one of the hills around the holy city of Makkah. Inside, she was attracted by -she swears it was nothing but- a bright light perched on the cave's wall, and took a picture of it. When she returned home the rolls of film she used during the trip were developed. And she was surprised to see a picture (attached) of a creature she never saw before in her life. She took the picture and showed it to her spiritual teacher. The ustadzah explained that it was satan in one of its forms, as was described by her teacher decades ago while she was still in school.
