We will now present a series of methods to resist or stop so called alien abduction. Note, these will not work against the tiny percentage of abductions that are carried out by actual physical beings.
If you are being taken while sleeping or nearly sleeping every night, or most every night, that is a sure sign it is NOT physical. Why would the real aliens do that every night? Chances are 9999 out of 10,000 it is the activity of Jinns, just like the fairy activity of Ireland.
Well, so what methods do the Irish use? Below begins a mixture of both modern methods brought up in Ann Druffel's Book, How To Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction... and the traditional methods from Ireland...
Using Light
No, not metaphysical "White Light" as is used for healing and health, but "physical" light.
Humans have an instinctive fear of the dark. Psychiatrists have theorized for years that this is from the cave-man-days when we were subject to night-carnivore attack. Well, that could be part of it. But certainly another part is ten of thousands of years of experience with Jinns. From all of our most distant past-lives to our present lives, effects of bad Jinns have been with us.
This fear of dark may have very sound logical reasons; it seems light keeps Jinns at bay. (Would light stop a wolf or lion? Maybe, if it is from a fire, but sometimes not! But why is it so ingrained in us to leave a light on or turn on the lights anytime we feel creepy at night? (Even with no Jinn activity)) There's something to this...
All right, lets do it then! Leave lights on all night! Now, for the refinements...
Problem number one: How can you sleep with the ceiling light blazing in your face?
* For this use table-top lamps. Their shades diffuse the light and it is not right over-head. Also, consider using a bed-stead-mounted reading light with it's visor turned upward. That directs the intense light away from your eyes.
* If it would not bother you, use one of those eye-covers. Some people live where there are a lot of outside lights blazing and so can't sleep. They wear a mask-looking thing over their eyes to blot out light completely.
Problem number two: Running those lights all night uses a lot of electricity.
* Well, not all that much; heaters, air-conditioning, hot-water and refrigerators are the big users... But there is a way to drastically lower that power usage: Use the new screw-in florescent replacement for regular bulbs. They screw in the same socket an ordinary bulb does. Their size and odd shapes make placing the lamp shade a challenge sometimes, but they are worth the trouble. A 25-watt florescent puts out as much light as a 75 watt bulb. So you can light the room quite brilliantly with just a little power.
Problem number three: What if the power goes out!? Power failures are a common "side-show" of abductions. Don't augue or try to figure out why, Jinns can and will do it, for their own sake and to grow fear in the humans.
* For this eventuality, do what us computer users do, use a UPS; no, not the delivery system; a UPS that stands for Uninterruptable Power Supply. Find UPSs at any store that sells computers. A UPS contains a battery powerful enough to power a 200 to 300 watt load of computers, monitors and printers for twenty minutes or more after the power goes out. The batteries are 12-volt D.C. but the UPS contains "inverter" circuitry that sets up a 60-cycle alternating current then steps it up to 120 volts to run the computers... and it would work beautifully with a couple of those 25-watt florescents hooked to it. With that small load of 50 watts, the UPS should keep going over an hour. This will give you time to get your back-ups going; one or more high-power flash-lights and contingency plans. Use the kind of flashlight the Police use. Or that White LED flashlight from Crane Company would be great too! Anything quality and dependable, please.
Make sure your UPS or other battery power device for your lights is in the bed-room with you, and well lit! (In the lit area, anyway.) Otherwise, the Jinns could very well materialize and switch the UPS off!
Now, in addition, you will need a good loud alarm, like a bell, that will go off when a power outage hits. This is to wake you up fast and hard in case of a power failure! Some good hard-ware stores might have such a device. Also try a medical-supply store. People on oxygen and other types of electrically operated medical devices need to be warned loudly and quickly if the power goes off. If you can not find one there, call and call around until you find a place that does have one. Again, the alarm has to be in the lit room with you!
It is vitally important to be awakened when the power goes off. If not, your UPS-powered lights will go out after about an hour leaving you unprotected. When fully awake, even if dark, your energy body is securely in place in your physical. Jinns cannot abduct you in that condition. And, you should be ready to use Ann Druffel's "Physical Resistance" methods (coming up).
You must stay completely awake. No drowsiness, no staring; nothing that might put you into an altered state where they can get that paralysis going. Drink coffee, coke, or take Vivarin caffeine tablets. Do exercises like, running in place. Remember, unless it will be daylight soon, your UPS will run out in about half-hour to an hour.
In case of a power outage: Taking the flashlight with you and lighting the way, look around outside at the neighbor's houses... if they are all dark and the street-lights are off, it is only a general power-failure, not the work of the Jinns. But if you are having trouble with visits from Jinns often, like every night, you might want to consider leaving your house for someplace lit. Usually, power failures effect only limited areas. Driving a few blocks away will usually get you to electricity and some place bright. If nightly visitations are severe, you live in the boonies and/or live in an area bothered by frequent massive (whole town) power outages, consider a gasoline-powered generator.
And if it does come to that, when you get your generator running, leave a bright light shining on it to keep Jinns away from the generator's various switches. (And the generator's own powerful magnetic and electrical fields along with spinning iron are a "good built in" repellent.) And in a particularly bad case of Jinn visitation, don't forget to check the gasoline; Jinns are crafty... they'll very likely think of the idea of putting sugar, sand or water into the generator's gas-tank.
Now, if your house has a power outage, and you get up and check... and all of your neighbor's houses are lit along with all the street lamps... uh oh... then really begin suspecting Jinn-sabotage!
Making sure you are completely awake and taking your powerful flash lights, proceed cautiously to your electrical service box. If you encounter any materialized Jinns, they can not abduct you. But they can harass. They can bombard you with telepathic messages or a loud high pitched sound. Be prepared to use the physical resistance methods of Ann Druffel's book (over-view coming up) if you encounter them. Carry weapons; golf club, baseball bat, a gun if you have one. First try shining the beam of the powerful flashlight right at them (if you have time or the merciful inclination). They should back off. Otherwise, let them have it. They have no right under the Laws Of God to be there or doing that to you!
Make your way to your electrical service box and flip on any circuit breakers that are off. The Jinns may have flipped all off, or only the one to your room, or the big main switch.
(Actually, this scenario rarely, if ever, happens. But... it could! Determined Jinns could easily learn to do it!)
If that does not restore power, you are just going to have to leave the house for that night. Go to a neighbor's house and tell them you have a prowler. Even call the Police. All of their bright lights and activity will chase the Jinns away.
If your house is one of those with the electrical box in the basement, ugh, you might just consider leaving right away. Your basement is the Jinn's entry point to your home and there is liable to be many of them down there.
And don't overlook... you could prevent all of that by leaving on a bright light over the switch box.
Severe Jinn Visitations - Light Plan
The above tactics are really for occasional Jinn visits. If you really are pestered by them every night, and they quickly learn to shut off your power, or if your alien abduction regularly includes power disturbances (some do), then consider a battery big enough to power a light for the entire night.
Sears, many automotive stores and marine stores all sell a so-called "deep-discharge (or cycle) battery". It is a heavy duty lead-acid battery capable of powering considerable loads for many hours, eight to ten hours even. A power inverter, sold at automobile parts stores or at marine stores, will convert the battery's 12-volt DC to 120 volts AC for your lights... OR... you could get the clerk at the marine store to show you 12 volt lights that could hook straight to the battery. Make sure they are strong and bright, and get a couple of them. And of course, you will have to get a recommended charger for that battery.
The plan, thus, is: The deep-cycle battery charges during the light of day while you are at work or other day's activities. Then at night, the battery powers the light directly and continuously. When there is power, the charger will keep the battery up completely. When the power goes off, the battery will simply keep the light on all night. By light of morning, get the power back on (or it maybe already on) and the battery will charge.
Now... we have a possible fire hazard here...
A charging lead-acid battery gives off hydrogen gas which may explode if it collects then is ignited by spark or cigarette. Also remember, hydrogen gas is light, if it collects, it will collect near the ceiling. The battery will have to be located under an open window. If that is not possible, the battery can be mounted on some kind of wheeled cart and carted to the garage everyday for charging... but that is a lot of trouble...
If in this kind of bind, go for nickle-cadmium batteries. They do not give off gas when recharging and will power the light easily all night. Now, they'll be more expensive, but... quite frankly, your situation with harassing Jinns is war! You have to be ready and armed to do battle!
Nicad batteries might be found at a marine store or golf-cart store. If not, call around, they are not that rare. Get the recommended charger for it, and you will be set.
The Fans
This is basically just like the lights. You must power the fans, and see to it they keep powered. Fans use more power, something like 75 to 150 watts each. You will have to use gutsier batteries, UPSs and inverters. Plus, it is important the battery and inverter (or UPS) is in a lit area in your room. Otherwise, the Jinns could switch it all off while you sleep... then, they got you!
Lights, fans, and extensive systems to power them with even if the power goes out; which it does sometimes in alien abduction scenarios... all take advantage of the Jinn's incompatibility with light, wind and electrical and/or magnetic fields. Ann Druffel briefly mentioned these in her book, I have merely expanded on them.
I really hope folks annoyed by abductions will try it, then email me what happens! The lights have worked for other people. All that above is mostly to insure that light stays ON!
That leads us to the first of the methods (actually, in her book, the second method) from Ann Druffel's book to be introduced to you...
Physical Struggle
They are really quite simple, however, most people are so darned convinced that these beings are some kind of advanced race... Perhaps people think they have laser fire or something. (Set for "stun", Spock!)
There have been many cases of physically battling them. If the humans are still in their physical body, the humans generally win. The problem is, the Jinns keep coming back. That's why the "light-barrier" described above must be dependable and convenient for use every day. Eventually, the Jinns should just give up and bother someone else more easily accessible. It could take many years though, so your instrumentation (the UPSs, inverters, chargers and so on) must be of good quality.
The methods, quite straight forward actually...
Ann Druffel says this method is effective best in the initial stages of abduction, before the catalepsy. Well, that's moot. That's why all the fuss above with the lights and alarms.
Consider this scenario... Your entire house is without electricity. Your bedroom is the only one with a light shining. You have one hour of power if using the UPS, so you have to get out. (If using the big brute battery that will keep it lit all night, just dig in your room and have your weapons ready. BE SURE TO STAY COMPLETELY AWAKE!!! If you do not think you can, and you are alone, you might consider leaving too. That means you got to face them.)
Keep this in mind: The abductors are violating YOUR RIGHTS! Assert yourself! Use clubs, gun-fire, anything! Just clear a path for you and your family and make your way to your car. Drive out of there and to the nearest well lit all-night establishment (like a donut shop).
Jinns are known for producing a high-pitched sound which is irritating to humans. They may argue with you telepathically; weird but it happens. And they can hear your up-front thoughts. Or just verbally argue with them. Though they may not hear physically, they will hear your thoughts that produce your words. Ignore what they say about "we are a superior race" or "we are trying to help your kind" (yeah, right) or maybe something corny like "resistance is futile!" Shout to them "We will no longer tolerate your antics!" or some other demand of your own along those lines.
One more Physical Prevention Methods to think about...
IF you live alone AND IF your job is flexible in hours and you are being harassed by Jinns (posing as aliens abducting, what ever), change your hours to night. Work at night. Sleep by day. Draw the curtains, put on that "sleep mask" mentioned above, and sleep by day.
How can they get you? They can come for you only by night, and you will be gone and fully awake both!
Obviously, of course, this plan is good only for someone living alone (no family to protect) and with a flexible job.
Now, QUESTION: Nobody has mentioned this: Okay, so Jinns can not operate by day, but... if you darken a bed room to black-dark via shutters, black-out curtains and so on, can the Jinns get someone in that dark room despite being daylight outside? Hmmm... More research needed for that.
Non-Physical Resistance Methods
We now leave the familiar area of physical resistance, repellents and fighting. As of necessity, because we are dealing with a spirit or energy form, we must use methods that are not familiar.
Mental struggle is one such method.
Many of them require you have faith in something. They depend partly on belief systems to be effective. But if you do have certain belief systems, they will work! Other people have tried and they work!
Personally, I like all the physical resistance methods best. But, alas, we are, as pointed out, dealing with a spirit, an energy-form. That requires radically different weapons and methods of resistance.
Of the non-physical methods, I like "Mental Struggle" and the related methods, "Righteous Anger" and "Protective Rage" the best. It does not require faith in anything to work. You use your own mind. You mostly just have to believe in yourself.
Mental Struggle
Have you ever woke up (particularly from a nightmare) to find you can not move or scream (in terror from the nightmare)?
Well, this is normal under most circumstances. It happens to almost everyone. By the way, if you know about out-of-body techniques, it is an excellent state to attempt a separation of your second-body (energy-body) from the physical. The catalepsy is due to the energy-body being disconnected from the physical.
As you awake, (and continue to struggle against it if from a night-mare) the catalepsy soon breaks and you wake up then get up... and clear your head! Well, that is the normal situation...
But... and those of you that are getting "visitors" probably know about this... If you wake up, paralyzed and you feel there are "presences" in your room, or if you actually see them... whether they look like "aliens" (greys) or not, immediately execute the plan below...
Instead of the usual trying to scream or move the entire body, concentrate everything on moving just a finger (or fingers) or toe. Ignore what the beings say or do. They may say "There is no use in struggling" or "We want to help you" or you may come under siege by a loud high pitch sound. Just concentrate on that finger or toe.
As soon as the finger or toe can move, for most people, the catalepsy dissolves and you can get up. For some people, the catalepsy dissolves only in the area of the limb being concentrated on. But that's okay, its an indicator you are on your way! Continue pushing at it, and soon the entire catalepsy will dissolve.
As soon as you get up, lunge at them or throw something at them. Demand that they never do this again and you will not tolerate it! Get your deepest feelings into it! Your Rights, your inalienable Rights are being violated! You must maintain patience in this struggle, do NOT EVER let up. (It helps to be experienced in a mental discipline such as meditation or yoga. Lessons in these might do you some good.)
Keep your inalienable Rights in mind, not just during an abduction episode, but all day. Even right them down, like affirmations. Another thing to write down like, twenty times a day is: I have POWER. I CAN fight this and WIN!
Write it even if you do not quite believe it. It does work in bolstering your confidence during an actual situation. Work with affirmations are often done by Psychiatrists and their Patients.
Righteous Anger and Protective Rage...
...are related to Mental Struggle... because it is mentally based. It is based on a strong feeling that Inalienable Rights are being violated. This anger is not based on an all consuming hatred of the entities, but a hatred and outrage of their actions.
According to Ann Druffel, this is very important. Be NOT angry with the Jinns attempting abduction, but with staunchly maintaining your inalienable Rights.
It seems to be important to not dwell on hatred of the entities themselves. This seems to attract them into repeated harassment. But fiercely protecting your Rights seems to discourage them.
Ann Druffel says to use strong commands to them, such as "Get out!" or "Leave us alone!". Obviously, it is best to use before paralysis sets in.
Protective Rage is an extension of the above. Perhaps... you don't mind too much being taken on trips to gosh-knows-where by those things, but damned if you will let them take your Wife/Husband or Child!
Your attitude is thus: "If you play games with me, I'll put up with it maybe, but you go messin' with my Child or Wife/Husband, and by gosh, I'll kick your see-through-ass!"...
But you may not exert any of the smoldering-hatred type of emotion at them. The harassing entities seem to thrive on that. Once you have asserted your Rights or the Rights of the ones you love, that's it, show's over. Your only emotion toward the entities should be scientific curiosity.
[Ann Druffel mentions in a couple instances that what really makes these guys nervous is one of us getting scientifically interested in them and attempting studies. That seems to make them nervous and they will generally stop harassing someone showing such tendencies.]
Those two methods are really delicate and touchy; best to get Ann Druffel's book right away, especially if you are currently being harassed by night time visitors (see top of this document).
Support From Friends or Family Members
Together, a much better battle can be waged against the harassing entities. One can "guard" the other, cooperation can be made...
Well, for example, what if a woman is being harassed. She begins buying UPSs, florescent lights, power-outage alarms, high-quality flash-lights...
Before long, her husband is going to ask, "What in heaven's name are you doing with that stuff!?" he may add "We can't afford all of that useless junk! Take it back!"
Then she tries to explain "I am being harassed at night by grayish things that make me paralyzed and tries to take my energy body out of my physical body and..."
By this time the husband is whirling his finger beside his head going "cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo..."
You know the rest.
Well, that is where family support comes in. Basically, one must get through the "disbelief-barrier" and/or the "you're crazy!" barrier.
Family support can do so much good for the one being harassed. It strengthens their resolve, disperses feelings of "I'm crazy" or "I'm a helpless victim".
If you are reading this and someone in your family is "carrying on" about being harassed by greys or ghosts, please please believe them, support them and cooperate with them. And remember, it is not uncommon, that after a while, the entities begin coming after other family members, that is, you! So nip the situation in the bud, come in strong and help, in all ways necessary. Come to quick unquestioning aid of your family member that is being harassed. Children too! Ordinary discarnates with a cruel inclination (not necessarily Jinns although they could be) love to bother children.
If a child begs to leave a light on, do so! Remember, a child is an ageless spirit beginning another incarnation. They instinctively know what to do against a dark spirit.
And don't overlook your Grand Parents or Great Grand Parents, especially if they are from an "old-world" country like Ireland, Germany, Yugoslavia, Italy and others. They may have methods of dealing with any "dark spirits". Maybe you have heard them speak of it in the past. Consult with them, they just might have something effective (that comes under Metaphysical Methods, Appeal To Spiritual Personages and Repellents (like Yarrow, St. John's Wort and others) coming up). The above in essence, are examples of "Support From Family Members". Again, Ann Druffel speaks of this eloquently.
Intuition, or Somehow Knowing the Entities are Coming...
This is an interesting one...
Sometimes you can... feel... the creatures are coming...
This feeling may have been ignored the first few times until the association was made. If indeed, you have noticed some kind of feeling, a knowing, that they are on the way, do not ignore it! Prepare!
The entities are probably intuitive themselves, in fact, certainly they are, being spirit forms. If they feel you are preparing a battle, they may give up right there. Your intuitive ability may develop after one or two experiences with them.
Going back to out-of-body; after a few times out-of-body, the out-of-body traveler often develops psychic abilities. Well, the same for "forced" out-of-body that happens to people who are abducted.
Also, the subconscious may begin setting up defense systems and detection systems even without you knowing. Or there could even be Spirit Guides or Angels working for you.
Whatever the possible cause, if you do begin receiving feelings of knowing they are going to come, pay attention! Gear up for battle!
And here, the Support From Family Members method can be used again. Perhaps one member of the family is more intuitive about when the abductors are coming. If so, that person can keep watch for the experiencer. Sometimes, the intuitive person knows when an abduction is going on with the person next to them in bed, or maybe the next room. They, the experiencer can be roused. That stops the abduction right there!
Metaphysical Resistance Methods
Now we begin to look at a number of resistance methods that require some kind of belief or faith to make them work. But don't worry, it is not that hard for some of them, and some, you may already have the belief system in place.
Above, we discussed the use of light, actual physical light, as a repellent against Jinns. We carefully pointed out we were not talking about metaphysical light... well, now, we are...
I use metaphysical "White Light" myself. I use it... under a relaxed, no emergency situation. Closing my eyes, I imagine White Light coming in from the entire Universe and funnelling into the top of my head. At this point the light is like liquid, flowing, filling every part of my head, flowing to neck, down arms, down torso, into legs and on to feet. Then, full of this White Light, it continues to pour in until I am surrounded by an oval sphere of it around my entire body.
Since using this White Light method, my occurrences of colds and flu has dropped off considerably, cuts, scrapes and other nicks heal faster, and even long standing tough-to-rid-of problems such as an ache in my shoulder and anal fissure seem to be at last healing. White Light used in this manner seems to work whether you believe it or not.
I even used White Light on my Daughter a couple times for minor ailments. After she fell asleep, I lay beside her and did the exercise above. After I was "saturated" with White Light, I gently laid my hands on her and imagined the White Light issuing from my palms into my Daughter. She did improve! It surprised me; I just tried it for "grins" mostly, but it worked! I hear White Light can work this way for anybody. I believe metaphysical White Light is nothing less than the Holy Spirit itself. (Some call it Primary Creative Force, some call it Chi, some call it Prana and other terms, but it seems to really be there!)
But...
Will it work while terrified in an abduction situation!? Well... best use it before abduction. While using other repellents, before you fall asleep but after laying down, do the visualization described above.
If you can't visualize the White Light, or lack confidence in it, try to find a certified Hypnotherapist and ask him/her to hypnotize you with White Light and, while at it, make a tape of the session. Then you will have a tape to help you do the White Light procedure after laying down to sleep.
Try the White Light along with all the other methods. It is simple to employ and seems to work generally, whether you believe it or not.
Another metaphysical method Ann Druffel goes into in her book is internal sound. But unlike White Light, she seems to indicate internal sound takes some effort to learn. Consult Ann Druffel's book for details, and look for books about or include internal sound techniques.
Praying To Spiritual Powers
Pray and pray seriously... Close yourself into a locked room, low light, sit or kneel. Close eyes. Get quiet. Pray to God (Allah) for protection from the abductors. Pray every day.
Results may be instant, or take a while. Some people believe God is too "busy" or remote for individual prayers, so they pray to Angels who are charged with seeing to human's needs.
[I do not believe God is "too busy"; such a belief assumes human-like physical limitations on God. God is the all pervading, Universal Life (or Creative) force and is able to be anywhere at all times. God's consciousness is universal. It is not necessary to "go through" some other entity to access God. But...]
If you believe this way, then do pray to Angels. There are Angels, and they do respond. For example, Ann Druffel mentions a case of praying to Archangel Michael for protection against abduction.
White Light and prayers can be used during an abduction but the problem is concentration. While fearful, or in some weird environment, concentration for White Light or prayer may be difficult.
If possible, best to use White Light AND prayer together to ward off abductions.
Again, consult Ann Druffel's book for details and actual cases.
Repellents
We already took a look at some entirely physical repellents but here are some that may have a metaphysical component...
How else could they work? How can a flower essence keep a spirit like a Jinn from coming? There has to be a metaphysical element, and probably an element coming from the User's belief and faith system (in some cases).
They are intriguing however; I am tempted to use them. No, I am not currently under harassment by greys or any organized abduction. But I have a number of "negative thought" problems, plus, I do not want a return of that "sitter" (click on the plaque, above). The flower essences ward off these.
So, if you want to get started right away with these while you wait for the arrival of Ann Druffel's book, find a store that deals with "new-age" items, or an herbal store or possibly a psychic supply store and look for the following flower essences (Dictionary definitions are given with a brief description):
Pennyroyal (Hedeoma pulegioides) - A low, erect, branching, strong-scented American herb of the mint family. Oil of pennyroyal is used in medicine.
Repels negative thought forms; used by Celtic people to ward off bad Fairies, and so, bad Jinns. It strengthens the astral body. Wards off psychic attack.
Has been used to abort unwanted pregnancies. Do not use if pregnant, or at least, consult Ob-Gyn.
Yarrow (Aachillea millefolium) - A genus of perennial carduaceous herbs of Europe and North America; especially, the common yarrow or milfoil, with small white flowers and a pungent odor and taste.
Protects from negative thought forms and extreme emotions.
Saint John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) - One of the many kinds of
"-wort" herbs.
The flower essence of St. John's Wort helps release fears and paranoia. It is said to be helpful for someone who projects out-of-body. Celtics say it wards off spells and bad Fairies.
See if the new-age store also has various kinds of iron crosses and bar magnets. Sleeping with iron or magnets on one's person or close by (in the sleeping room) has been used in the past to fend off this and that kind of dark spirit.
[Seems like to me a crucifix made of iron would be great!]
When you get to the new age or herbal store, you could ask the Clerk, if knowledgeable, about the effects of each of those herbs pointed out above.
Ann Druffel also points out the act of spreading salt, yes, salt, around the home or certain rooms. That is supposed to keep bad Fairies (so bad Jinns) away. One person troubled by abductors spread salt around her bed and that seemed to keep them away. Hmm... Well, try that. Try anything! That is what this site is about mostly; a brain-storming center; an "idea repository". This part is merely a "starter-core" based in a large part on Ann Druffel's book, How To Defend Yourself Against Alien Abduction. From here, it is hoped experiencers will write in with things they have tried and their experiences in general. Hopefully, those that wish the abductions to stop can do so.
The salt seems simple enough. If you're expecting another visit tonight or within the next two or three days, get that salt out and pour it around your bed! It won't hurt! Email us what happens, we're craving to know!

Hypnosis
Here is one I added because I think it will help over the long run. It is not a method that can be used tonight, but if you can find a certified Hypnotherapist who is acquainted with metaphysical phenomenon and alien abductions, he/she can make a "prescription hypnosis tape" for you that will emphasize "you have the power" to knock off these abductions.
If you could just get a hypnosis-tape that emphasizes that you have power AND Inalienable Rights, and to withdraw any fear energies... the Jinns will be robbed of what they need to get you. Then you can tell them to get lost!
The Hypnotherapist will have to be willing to work with you. Many Hypnotherapists who do believe in metaphysical and alien abduction might tell you "they are superior and there is nothing you can do". Of course that kind of thinking is unacceptable. Find a Hypnotherapist that will make the tape you need. It could very well turn it around for much better for you!

Getting Back From An Abduction The Same Way Out-Of-Body Travelers Do
Here is something to try if it comes down to it... already mentioned in Chapter one. But it is worth repeating!
Any experienced out-of-body traveler like William Buhlman or Robert Peterson will tell you the biggest problem is keeping your mind off your physical body. The least little thought of it, or anything that happens, will instantly snap you back into your physical body.
They will tell you, whenever you run into something you are not ready to handle, you can always say or think to yourself "go physical" and you will be yanked back into your physical body. Okay:
Please do not wait for a situation to develop just to try this. Use the methods above to thwart attempted abductions. But... if you do end up taken, fully abducted, then try this remembering you have been taken in your energy body:
Think hard to yourself:
"RETURN TO PHYSICAL! RETURN TO MY PHYSICAL BODY! I AM IN MY PHYSICAL BODY NOW!"
Keep saying it, keep saying it, KEEP SAYING IT!!! No matter what the so-called "aliens" say (telepathically or otherwise) or do; no matter what kind or how loud a high-pitched noise they make, DEMAND GO BACK TO PHYSICAL! NOW!!!
If you have a religious tendency, say this instead... in fact, even if you don't have a religious tendency, say this: "IN THE NAME OF GOD, CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT, I DEMAND TO GO BACK TO PHYSICAL!!!" or "IN THE NAME OF GOD, CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT, I DEMAND RETURN TO MY PHYSICAL BODY!!!"
Remember, they may respond with "We don't care about your God! Resistance is useless!" or something like that.
[You might retort, "Aw shaddup! Who asked you!?" Be MEAN! Be a bad-ass mother-****!]
But anyway, best to just IGNORE THEM! Continue saying it or thinking it to the exclusion of everything else until it works. Say it ten times, a hundred times, a THOUSAND TIMES! DEMAND IT!!!

The point is, if it is so easy for an out-of-body traveler to get back to his physical body, then it must be as easy for the abductee; he/she is an (unwilling) out-of-body traveler too, they just have to be aware of it. I think the biggest enemy is the abductee's own "fear-generator". Destroy the fear, and you have destroyed the abduction! But... easier said then done!
